On 8th July, Emily was interviewed via satellite phone, while on Sea Dragon, for an Independent article, this interview with iNews and a profile in the I Paper. In the interview, Emily describes her experience of returning to the North Pacific as Mission Director of eXXpedition North Pacific and the levels of plastic she has experienced over the last few days, while travelling through the North Pacific Gyre.
